If you arrived at this site expecting it to be the official site of Financial Plus Ltd, the Hong Kong based seller of bogus shares in blue chip companies, you are in the wrong place. This site is not associated with that company. If it was your intention to visit their site you should immediately navigate away from this site. This website publishes information for investors who have been scammed into paying money for shares in companies such as Spotify, Tesla, Alipay etc which have never been delivered. The Share Certificates you may have received are fake. This site is to help investors recover their money by going after the parties involved in structuring, promoting, servicing and/or operating the Financial Plus scam.
We are Safe Or Scam and we act on behalf of concerned investors.
We review investment products and advise on recovery options. We work with legal teams to investigate all aspects of an investment with the aim of prosecuting those involved and recovering an investor’s money.
We challenge developers, project owners, sales agents and third parties involved in a project to justify the claims made in correspondence and promotional material.
We are currently representing investors who paid their money for bogus shares through the company Financial Plus Ltd. These investors are now seeking refunds of their investments.
The aim of this website is to help explain to investors how these scammers operate and to hopefully provide them with enough information to want to work with Safe Or Scam on recovery efforts or to enable them to appoint their own law firm.
If you are an investor or have and information on the companies involved in the scam, or the people involved, we would like to hear from you.
Investors paid money to purchase shares in well known, blue-chip companies such as Tesla, Spotify, Alipay etc. The investment was orchestrated by Financial Plus Ltd based in Hong Kong. No shares were ever bought. The Share Certificates are fake. Occasionally investors are told that the shares have now been sold at a large profit but the money cannot be released until tax is paid. This is another element of the scam to obtain more money from investors.
Financial Plus Ltd asked investors to pay their money to a range of Hong Kong companies with bank accounts at different Hong Kong banks. The companies used nominee directors and were all recently incorporated. The network is extensive, complex and opaque. They also use fake organisations such as The Department of Financial Regulators based in Washington or Everett Capital Partners to make it appear that the investment is real. The organisations do not actually exist. They are fake.
Investors can ignore the people who were originally listed as directors in Hong Kong. They are nominees and are normally replaced very quickly. This scam has been made to look like a Hong Kong / Chinese venture but the perpetrators are based in Europe. We are getting a better understanding of how these people operate and we will track them down. They are not as good as they think they are. Beware also of a group called Martel Bronfman allegedly of New York. They are running a similar scam.
